Dům čeká v letošním roce generální oprava fasády a střechy. Dočasná sleva nájmu na 35.500,- Kč/měsíc a tedy 10% sleva bude poskytnuta po dobu trvání stavebních prací způsobujících snížení komfortu bydlení (zejména instalace lešení před okny, zvýšená hlučnost nebo prašnost).

The owner will rent from April 1, 2025, with the perspective of a long-term lease, a sunny and spacious apartment of 120 m² in Vinohrady with a southern view of the park and the entire southern panorama of Prague, and a northern view of a renovated and well-maintained garden, which is freely accessible for relaxation purposes exclusively to the tenants of the building.
The building is located 2 minutes walking distance from the "Jana Masaryka" tram and bus stop and 9 minutes walking distance from the "Náměstí Míru" Metro A station. In the park, there is a beautifully renovated children's playground, and there is an elementary school on the street. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
The building will undergo a general renovation of the facade and roof this year. A temporary rent reduction to 35,500 CZK/month, thus a 10% discount, will be provided during the construction work that causes reduced living comfort (especially installation of scaffolding in front of windows, increased noise, or dust).
The windows of two rooms face south toward the park, one room faces north toward the courtyard with a garden. The floors of the rooms, hallway, kitchen, and winter garden are covered with vinyl flooring, while the bathroom and toilet have ceramic tiles and tile cladding.
