Furnished apartment 2+kk+2 balconies located in new building (2006) in K Lesu street in Prague 4 – Kamyk. The apartment is available from November 1, 2024.
The apartment is located in the 2nd(highest) floor of a fenced condominium. The total size is 58,6m2 (out of which the living room a kitchen corner: 19,50m2, bathroom: 4,00 m2, 2 balconies: 15,60 m2, entry: 3,00 m2, bedroom: 16,50 m2).
The living room includes a sofa, kitchen with oven, glass ceramics cooking panel, fridge with freezer, washing machine and balcony with a view to the inner courtyard.
The bedroom contains a huge built-in wardrobe, bed, bookcase and the second balcony with the view to the street. There are large French wooden windows in the flat and wooden floor. The entity has children´s playground for the house inhabitants only and a garden with chairs and table. There is a common room for bicycles/prams available.
Sufficient parking is available in front of the house on the street.
The flat is situated next to the Kamyk forest and a protected meadow area, Prague British School, kindergarten and sports areal TJ Tempo. There is a restaurant and fitness centre Domyno nearby, shopping centre Novodvorská, Thomayer hospital etc. The flat is 7 minute walk from bus stops Prirodni and Cilkova from which you can get to Metro C Kacerov in 10 minutes and to metro B Smichovske nadrazi in 18 minutes.
The monthly fee (6800 Kč) includes all deposits (electricity, water, heating, cleaning and insurance of common areas, facility management) and internet. The deposits will be calculated according to your real consumption 1x a year. These are real amounts that are paid every month, I will present you calculations from last year.
Long term non-smokers without pets are preferred. This flat is suitable for maximum of 2 people.
